Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
